Signs of excess acidity can remain unapparent for an extended period of time. These signs can include tiredness and exhaustion, decreased ability to perform, increased sensitivity to stress, nervousness, diminished mental concentration, decreased resistance to disease, muscle and joint pain and changes to the skin, hair and nails.
