Customer Service

In order to continually improve our customer service, Doetsch Grether has developed an in-house service specifically for its health care products. In conjunction with the medical manager, this service answers all questions regarding the various pharmaceutical products and nutritional supplements with expertise. The customer service team also forms the link between our customers and our logistics partner, Alloga.
