Specialist stores are a key strategic partner for Doetsch Grether. In this segment, we work with all pharmacies and chemists throughout Switzerland. We distribute our range of products to everyone from pharmaceutical wholesalers to individual shops.

Our expert specialist retail team answers all technical queries and questions about promotions from sales staff, and provide comprehensive advice and support – even on presenting the products at the point of sale. The team visits sales outlets all over Switzerland at regular intervals.

The team is led by our Head of Sales and regularly undertakes training to learn about changes in the market and new products. The sales managers ensure that information about the Doetsch Grether brands generates lasting added value for each customer and that customer requirements are prioritised on site during the day-to-day business activities.
